YARD launches strategic development plan in Loveland

The City of Loveland, Ohio, has engaged YARD & Company to complete a Strategic Downtown Development Plan. The plan will play an important role in shaping the future growth of the city's Historic Downtown District, how people move around it, and the way it meets its iconic riverfront.
