YARD helps build Norfolk's reopening strategy

YARD & Company has joined Work Program Architects and Team Better Block to help the City of Norfolk, Virginia, develop its reopening strategy to meet State and Federal health requirements and implement the strategy through rapid and flexible public space adaptations that maximize safe and comfortable dining and shopping experiences. With a diverse set of neighborhoods, streets and districts, the process includes business and resident engagement; public space activation and district design; road diets; and strategies for marketing, branding and business operations within this new normal.
