YARD to activate two neighborhood centers

The City of Kalamazoo, Michigan, has engaged YARD & Company to design and help build two strategic site activations in the city’s Vine & Northside neighborhoods. The creative reuse of these spaces will help build market confidence in neighborhood retail, shape inclusive outcomes connected to neighborhood development plans and help recruit developers that can help execute the visions. The markets are scheduled to open this coming Fall.
