YARD to help Carmel update its comprehensive plan
The City of Carmel, Indiana, has engaged the team of Greenstreet LTD and YARD & Company to help City staff and leadership update its comprehensive plan around growth, development, transportation and open space. The work is slated to kick off in August of 2020 and go through the first half of 2021.
