YARD joining ULI panel to discuss diversity in real estate industry

YARD Urban Designer Daniella Beltran will be joining an Urban Land Institute Women’s Leadership panel on July 22nd. The panel will be an intergenerational discussion on workplace inclusion and will include insights and ideas for hiring with a diversity mindset as well as establishing a culture of belonging and opportunity. Other panelists include Scott Taylor, Huntington Bank; Teresa Tanner, Reserve Squad; Brittany Wade, Courageous Love; and Yvonne Ballard, NOVE Home & Body Decor.
