WeCollab Neighborhood Plan

The YARD & Company team is working with the Cornerstone Community Development Corporation, Invest STL and the City of St. Louis on a resident-led Reinvestment Plan for the West End and Visitation Park neighborhoods. The project includes a robust and active engagement strategy that utilizes a paid project resident/ambassador team. The plan will include analysis around mobility, safety, retail, housing, urban design, development and racial equity. The recommendations will be equally focused on short-term and small-scale implementation measures and long-term and large-scale projects. A framework for decision-making related to development and growth will be created, as well as an operations and implementation plan for the community based partners. The nine-month project is scheduled to be completed in the Summer of 2022.
