YARD to help Mt. Washington build demand for its business district

Cincinnati’s Mt. Washington neighborhood has engaged YARD & Company to develop an activation and business district strategy that will create demand and shape growth for the corridor over the next 0-3 years. 

 The goals of this engagement are to:

  1. Actively engage stakeholders around the future of the Beechmont Avenue commercial corridor

  2. Develop a 36-month demand and supply implementation strategy for the district

  3. Create a 2020 activation strategy
