YARD to lead Memphis neighborhood planning effort

RegionSmart/ULI Memphis has engaged YARD & Company's Master Planning, Development Strategy & Activation services to create a targeted 36-month Demand + Supply strategy for a South Memphis neighborhood. 

The community partner is being selected as part of a competitive process designed by YARD and will be part of a broader neighborhood training series that will utilize The Neighborhood Playbook process. The Master Plan and training series is part of the region's Memphis 3.0 implementation strategy.
