YARD to guide theater redevelopment process

The College Hill Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation (CHCURC) has engaged YARD & Company to help evaluate and recommend creative re-use options for the neighborhood’s historic Hollywood Theater. The project will include a two-day collaborative Creative Summit of national and local experts that will recommend options for the redevelopment of the historic theater. The summit will culminate in a Public Symposium where the recommendations will be unveiled and community leaders from around the region can connect, learn and share ideas about theater renovation and complex adaptive re-use projects.
