Read MoreUniversity City, Missouri is home to Washington University, the Delmar Loop and is just west of St. Louis City. The City’s Third Ward is working with YARD to develop a resident-led Revitalization Plan focused on immersive community engagement led by a paid resident ambassador team, racial equity, housing, public space, retail and streets. The project will focus on recommendations for how to use funds from a community benefits agreement created by the nearby Market at Olive commercial development project. Our partners at Collabo will be leading the engagement and housing efforts for the project. The Revitalization Plan is expected to be finished by early 2024.
