YARD to develop St. Louis Reinvestment Strategy

Cornerstone Corporation and Invest STL have engaged YARD & Company to help develop a resident-led reinvestment plan in the West End neighborhood of St. Louis. Team partners include &Access, Lochmueller Group, BlackArc, Action St. Louis, Vector Communications and Ken Stapleton & Associates. The process will include a paid neighborhood Ambassador program and will last approximately eight months. The plan will examine land use, development strategies, mobility, retail, safety and neighborhood operations. The process is set to begin later this month.
