YARD helps shape the future of Palm Beach
Palm Beach, Florida, is experiencing profound pressures from the real estate market, sea level rise, and how people move around. These forces are outmaneuvering the Town’s antiquated zoning ordinance. YARD & Company, working with its partners at ZoneCo and The Corradino Group, are guiding the town through a sweeping zoning code reform that will not only make it legal to build what has historically made Palm Beach so memorable, but to do so in a way that is more adaptive to changes in the environment, the market, and mobility. The centerpiece of this new initiative will be an active and immersive design charrette 27 February to 3 March, 2023.
